I graduated from the Charles University in Prague, the Faculty of Law.
In our law firm, I work as an attorney-at-law and I specialize in the private law, especially civil, family, commercial and real estate law.
My strengths are long-term practice and knowledge of the law, ability to analyze and understand client’s needs in full context and provide for the best solution.
I have gained extensive legal knowledge and experience by practicing law in my own law firm for more than twenty years. I have been working on wide range of agendas, including representing clients before courts and arbitrations.

I graduated from the Charles University in Prague, the Faculty of Law (2008).
I have been practicing law since 2008. I gained my knowledge and experience in the financial sector, where I worked in various legal, compliance and in the past five years also managerial positions in prestigious international financial corporations.
I have successfully delivered many legal projects, such as transformation of the pension fund (2012), implementation of insurance commission / claw-back regulation (2016), implementation of insurance distribution regulation (2018) and acquisition and subsequent cross-border merger of two major insurance groups at the Czech and Slovak markets (2019).
I was a member of the legislative section and executive committee of the Czech Insurance Association and a member of the legislative section of the Association of Pension Companies of the Czech Republic.
I speak Czech, Slovak and English.
I consider the ability to see and solve legal problems in wide context, pragmatically, constructively and with a strong orientation on business as my major strength.
